Leks Sports Nigeria agrees 25 year Partnership with Landmark Africa Group to develop Multi-use Sports Park

Leks Sports NG has entered a 25-year strategic partnership with Landmark Africa Group to develop Escola Park, a multi-use sports, lifestyle, and education city in Ogun State, Nigeria.

The project carries an estimated $50m Gross Development Value (GDV) and will be developed on a 22-acre site, integrating professional-grade sports facilities, residential components, and education infrastructure. Under the long-term framework, Landmark Africa Group will bring development and operational expertise to institutionalise the asset, leveraging its $150m+ real estate portfolio over the partnership’s duration.
