Under a national development program - Angola has produced three internationally compliant stadiums in less than five months. As the country continues its ambition to host a future Africa Cup of Nations tournament.

This will grant the ESPN Africa english-language rights across Sub-Saharan Africa until 2029 for distribution on ESPN pay television services.

The league is looking to evolve into a 12-team league with permanent franchises in the coming years, these teams will own their own arenas and have permanent homes across the continent.

The partnership will see the existing Angola-focused brand’s collaboration extend to other parts of Africa including the Democratic Republic of Congo, The Gambia and Sierra Leone.
